Jenny Lou Brown was born August 10, 1969, and entered eternal life on December 12, 2022.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Myrel and Virginia Brown, and Emery and Louie Caudill; father, Stephen Brown; stepfather, Edward Shafer, and sister Amanda Reeves.
Jenny is survived by her mother, Pauletta Shafer; stepmother, Linda Brown; brother, Robert Brown and wife Sherrie; stepsisters, Andrea Barrett and husband Randy and Brittany Mitchell; children, Joshua Liberatore, Christal Brown, and John Brown; nephews, Jacob Farley, his wife Emily, and their daughter, Blair, Bradley and Joseph Brown, Dallas and Dusty Reeves, Chance and Gentry Barrett, Braden and Landon Mitchell and nieces, Destinee Reeves and Makeena Barrett, and grandson, Noah Mohon.
Jenny was a member of Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She spoke often of her faith and trust in God. The Lord worked many miracles in her life, and she would testify to his greatness at every opportunity. When faced with medical emergencies and procedures, she was strong and brave, and would say, if she didn’t make it, she would be at home with God and Jesus.
Jenny had the heart of a servant and loved her family deeply. She raised her sister’s children, Dallas, Dusty, and Destinee after Amanda’s passing. She helped others in need, even when she didn’t have any to spare.
The family will receive friends at Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church on Friday, December 16, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Jerry Everette presiding.
