CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Applications are available for booth space for the 8th annual Frolic on Franklin: A Celebration of the Arts.
The event will be held Saturday, Sep. 14 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Franklin St. Artists can display and sell original creations.
Entries will be limited to the first 28 participants, and a $30, partially-refundable entry fee is required.
