Lori von Palko, age 58, passed peacefully in her sleep Friday, October 28, 2022, at Tennova Medical Center after a courageous fight against cancer.
Lori was born November 5, 1963, in Hopkinsville, KY to the late Wilton Petty and Martha Maddox.
Lori is survived by her husband of 36 years, David “Doc” von Palko, and daughter, Juno Lauren Elaina von Palko.
Lori was a graduate of Austin Peay State University with a major in Theatre. During her time at Austin Peay, she served as the Manager of the Theatre Box Office and a Govs Ambassador. After graduation, she became a recruiter and helped develop the first AP Day event. Lori went on to become the Assistant Director of Admissions prior to entering the banking industry. At the time of her passing, she was CEO of the Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation Credit Union.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, November 13, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. at the chapel of Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Sunday, 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service. Friends and family are encouraged to attend.
