The Clarksville-Montgomery County Education Association – the professional association of local public school educators – is endorsing Mayor Joe Pitts in his bid for re-election as Clarksville city mayor.
The future of public education in Clarksville-Montgomery County depends greatly on our local elected officials supporting our public schools and prioritizing the best interests of all Clarksville-Montgomery County children. Mayor Pitts has a proven record of working in partnership with public school educators and parents in ensuring all Clarksville students have access to a world-class public education.
On behalf of Clarksville educators, I am asking those who support our strong public schools to stand with your local educators in voting for a candidate who will prioritize our children. Mayor Joe Pitts is that candidate.
