CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A little water – from the sky above and the river below – couldn’t stop participants and spectators from enjoying the Cardboard Boat Regatta at Clarksville’s 33rd annual Riverfest on Saturday.
This year’s regatta was sponsored by Allstate and included entries from local companies, charities, the City of Clarksville and Boy Scout Troop 546.
Each of the 19 boats that competed this year held water and made it to the finish line.
