Justin Forsberg, age 37, of Clarksville, TN, passed away Friday, September 2, 2022 at Tennova Medical Center.
Justin was born November 25, 1984 to Roger Francis Forsberg and Shelly Mae Shefler Forsberg in Longview, WA.
He is survived by his loving wife, Shontelle; his parents, Roger and Shelly Forsberg; daughter, Lillian Elizabeth Dempsey Forsberg; son, Carter Gabriel Forsberg; brother, Jason Robert (Michelle) Fournier; sister, Kali Marie (Sylvester) Forsberg Sanchez; nephews, Iain and Jaxson Sanchez; niece, Piper Sanchez and mother-in-law, Juliet Elizabeth Lopez.
Justin worked as a receiving supervisor at Pantos Inc. He was a member of the Church in Clarksville and the Chinook Nation.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, September 10 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home, with Pastor Gary T. Kenney officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, September 10 from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
