CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The F&M Bank Arena is getting closer to completion, and construction should be finished by the end of the year.
Clarksville Now toured the site this week, accompanied by Jordan Wyman, project manager for Commonwealth Development Group Inc.
Wyman said construction of the facility is expected to be complete by the end of 2022.
The plan is to “turn it over to the operator and tenant for move-in and startup the first week of January,” Wyman said, the operator being the Sabretooth Sports and Entertainment and the tenant Austin Peay State University basketball.
The arena is expected to be open to the public July 1, 2023.

Once complete, the 250,000-square-foot facility will feature seating for up to 6,000 people in a flexible event space for hockey, basketball, concerts, trade shows and other events.
