CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Doug Englen is a retired pilot formerly with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. He recently joined Bell as part of their program to replace the Black Hawk helicopter with a new, faster aircraft.
