CLARKSVILLE, TN – The girls from Synergy 8U played in the two day NSA Mt. Juliet Tornado Classic State & World tournament this weekend and went undefeated in a 6-0 game day to win it all.
The big highlights from the tournament are several homeruns, double plays, and lots of strong fielding activity.
At one point the team was able to swap up their outfield and move them to the infield to give the outfield girls a chance to try out their skills infield.
“The teams who are most successful are the ones who develop that bond on and off the field. My girls have that bond and they love each other like sisters. This is a team I put my heart and soul into and I am proud to represent Synergy 8U and Clarksville as a whole with this incredible group of girls. We get compliments everywhere we go on the girls sportsmanship and positive attitudes,” said Coach Haley Mines about the win.
The players from Saturday are: Adaley Mines, Presley Gaither, PJ Walker, Eva Pitts, Mallory Johnson, Eden Crockett, Isla Stokes, Tatum LeVan, Serenity Conley, Chancely Baker, Aubrey O’Neill, and Mattie Cook. They are coached by Adam & Haley Mines, and Coach Kimber Gaither.
