CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Beautiful summerlike weather deserves summerlike events. Here’s to the end of school and more fun warm days ahead.
Downtown Market: Starting this Saturday and every Saturday through Oct. 1, you can go down to Public Square and buy local goods, fresh veggies, and other handcrafted goods. The Downtown Market runs from 8 a.m. to noon.
Monster Truckz Chaos Tour: All weekend long, you can come to the Clarksville Speedway for a weekend of monster trucks, bounce houses, a pit party and more starting at $16.50 for adults. There are several shows, one on Friday at 7 p.m., two on Saturday at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., and one on Sunday at 2 p.m.
Detroit ’67: Starting this Friday at the Roxy Regional Theatre at 8 p.m., you can see a play set in 1967 Detroit, when Motown music is getting the party started. Tickets are $30 for adults and $15 for kids 10 and under.
Downtown Commons Movie Nights: On Saturday at 7:30 p.m., the movie “Onward” will be playing in the Downtown Commons for all to enjoy for free.
End of School Inflatable Bash: Over 15 bounce houses and games, as well as vendors with treats like cotton candy, Italian ice, and popcorn will be at the Governor Square Mall parking lot on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to celebrate the end of school. The cost is $10 per child.
The Brewery Comedy Tour: The Tennessee Valley Brewing Company will be hosting a comedy show on Saturday starting at 8 p.m. Tickets are $6.50, so come out to enjoy some laughs and local brews.
