Principal broker Brad VanKirk and his partner Kathey Dines previously of “The Hospitality Team” are joined by Angie Hinkle as the primary property manager. The three are co-owners of the all-local company that serves Montgomery County and surrounding areas.

Real estate

The real estate team includes VanKirk and nine licensed Realtors.

“This team has the knowledge and experience to help you across every aspect of residential real estate,” VanKirk said.

“Whether you are an experienced real estate investor, or a first time home buyer, choosing your real estate professional is one of the most important decisions you will make. Let us help put some Southern hospitality into your real estate transaction or rental property services.”

The trio had a vision to create a company where customer service for all involved parties is paramount. Additionally, a portion of all of their closings are carved out for local charity organizations.

Property management

Owning rental property can be a great way to make additional income. However, it also requires a large amount of effort and time. Angie Hinkle, primary property manager of Hospitality Realty and Hometown Property Management, said, “Hiring a professional property manager is very important, we handle the day-to-day so that your property is taken care of and can bring a steady stream of income for your investment.”

The property management side of the company is staffed by licensed real estate agents solely dedicated to managing your single-family rental home or multi-property portfolio. A true professional bound by the National Association of Realtors’ Code of Ethics will bring know-how and expertise to your property, giving you the peace of mind that comes with knowing your investment is in good hands.
