Brenda Cook Townsend, age 71, of Erin, TN, passed peacefully at Signature Nursing Home of Erin on January 12, 2022. A celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, January 14, at 3:00 pm at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Rev. Tay Joslin officiating. Interment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. The Townsend family will receive friends starting at 2:00 pm until the hour of service Friday afternoon.
Brenda was born on July 4, 1950, in Clarksville, Tennessee, to the late Tandy Cook and Almeeda Hancock Cook.
Brenda leaves behind her loving husband of 41 years Tom Townsend. She also leaves behind her loving Aunt Katherine Cook; cousins Billy Cook (Patty), and Cookie Wallace.
Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers.
