Retired CW3 Richard Dale Hutson, age 63, of Clarksville, died Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at his home. He was born in St. Louis, MO, to the late Jack Hutson and Lena Wilson Hutson.

Richard was a US Army Veteran, having served 22 dedicated years, including Vietnam and the Gulf War. He was a Night Stalker for the 160th. Mr. Hutson was a Field Service Representative for Sikorsky Aircraft. He was the 2012 Field Service Representative of the Year. Mr. Hutson was also a lifetime member of American Legion #233 and the Night Stalkers, as well as the NRA.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, in St. Louis, MO, at a later date.

Mr. Hutson is survived by his wife, Bonnie Collins Hutson; daughter, Gay Reese (Mark), of Clarksville; three sons, Patrick Hutson, of Clarksville, Peter Hutson (Angie), of Ballwin, MO, and Ryan Hutson (Jenny), of Ariton, AL; two sisters, Judy Loeb (Roger), of Owensville, MO, and Sharon Brogelt (Jon), of St. Louis, MO; brother-in-law, Don Collins; and eight grandchildren, Josh, Erin, Taylor, Kaitlin, Richie, Briar, Colton, and Cody.

In addition to flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors, 223 8th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37203, or to the Fort Campbell Fisher House, 652 Joel Drive, Fort Campbell, KY 42223.
