Marion Boyd Jr., age 84 of Clarksville, died Friday, March 14, 2014 at Gateway Medical Center.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Foston Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Garden. Visitation will be from noon until 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, with the family present from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Foston Funeral Home.
He was born October 1, 1929 in Memphis, TN to the late Marion Boyd, Sr and Marie Jones Boyd. He was a retired Sergeant Major from the US Army. He later retired from Century 21 Alamo Real Estate. His wife Frances Sholar Boyd preceded him death.
Survivors include his children Donald(Denita) Hale,Daivd (Lisa) Boyd, Cheryl Hardy, Laurie White, Kevin(Wanda) Boyd, Lisa Boyd and Eric Boyd and nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
