CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Frank Lott has been involved in the arts in Clarksville for decades, as an advocate, a patron and as an artist himself. Now he’s taking that role to a new level as executive director of the Customs House Museum and Cultural Center.
