CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – There’s a chance of showers and thunderstorms today across Middle Tennessee, with strong storms possible.
The chance of storms will increase this afternoon and evening, according to an alert from the National Weather Service.

Clarksville could see up to 2 inches of rain through 1 p.m. Friday.
“Gusty winds and heavy rain will be the main threats,” the NWS alert said. “Any area that sees multiple rounds of heavy rain today through tomorrow morning could see some minor flooding.”
