Iva Patricia “Pat” Boyd, age 83, went to be with the Lord on June 27, 2021.
She was born December 18, 1937 in Bumpus Mills, Tenn., the daughter of the late Margie and Russel Ezell.
Pat was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She had a kind, loving heart and enjoyed helping and serving others however she could.
Her main enjoyment was found in her family, preparing meals and watching deer and turkeys that she fed in the back yard of her home, along with her birds. Pat also enjoyed, reading and gardening.
She had a strong faith in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and has been a faithful servant and lifelong member of the Church of Christ.
Pat is survived by her beloved husband, Leo Boyd of 65 years; daughter, Sherri Annette “Boyd” Rosser; twin sons, Randy Leo Boyd and Ricky Leo Boyd; siblings, Ronald Ezell, Delores Ezell, Joyce Scheig and Cindy Pope; grandchildren, Steven Rosser, Lisa Wedig, Kevin Boyd and Justin Boyd; great-grandchildren, Darian Rosser, Daelynn Rosser, Dylan Rosser, Blake Rosser, Lucas Wedig and Noah Boyd and great-great-grandchildren, Rosie and Jolene.
A family graveside service will be at the Hamm Cemetery on Tuesday, June 29 at 3 p.m. with Bro. Bobby Odell officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
