Vernon Henry Alright, age 56, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Tennova Healthcare.
He was born in Rutherford, N.C. to the late Henry Albright and Hattie Logan. Vernon was a jack of all trades, and his favorite accomplishment was that he became a Master Mason. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Carla Albright of Clarksville, Tenn; son, Thomas Lamont Albright; daughter, Patrain Albright of Clarksville, Tenn; twin brother, Vernard Albright of Charlotte, N.C; sisters, Cheryl, Brenda, Sonja and Elnora. Vernon is also survived by a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Gateway Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
