CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club recently awarded their annual $1,000 Scholarship of Excellence Award to Shapell Queen.

Queen is a social justice co-rep. with the Mayor’s Youth Council and will graduate from homeschooling this spring.
