Update, 4:25 p.m.: A second wreck involving property damage has been reported on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard at the intersection of Merchant Boulevard just south of 101st Airborne Division Parkway.
Both accidents have shut down all three southbound lanes on Wilma Rudolph.
Southbound traffic appears backed up to N Edgewood Place.
No updates are available on the wreck with injuries at Forest Hills Drive.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A wreck with injuries has been reported at the intersection of Wilma Rudolph Boulevard and Forest Hills Drive, causing major traffic delays in the area.
The report came in at 3:49 p.m., and the wreck appears to have occurred in the southbound lanes of Wilma Rudolph Blvd. It is unknown how many cars are involved.
