Update, April 16, 4 p.m.: A juvenile has been arrested as the third suspect involved in the shooting at the Smith Branch Boat Ramp, according to a news release from Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Sandra Brandon.

They were taken into custody on a juvenile petition for aggravated robbery.

Update, 11:40 a.m.: Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office have arrested two suspects and are searching for a third in the shooting.

The victim said he was assaulted by three people and shot in the hand and forearm, MCSO spokeswoman Sandra Brandon said. The victim was able to drive to a nearby residence to ask for help.

Kendra Muniz, 18, and Kaileb Parks, 19, were taken into custody and charged with aggravated robbery, the release said.

This is an ongoing investigation, and additional charges may be pending.

WOODLAWN, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A man was shot at the Smith Branch Boat Ramp in Woodlawn Tuesday night.

At about 8:40 p.m., several people called 911 to report the shooting, according to Clarksville Now news partner Dash 10 Media.

Deputies from Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded, and the man was taken by ambulance to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening gunshot wounds, according to MCSO, which added, “This was an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public.”

The boat ramp is downstream and southwest of Clarksville.
