CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, is joining forces with 25 Jersey Mike’s Subs restaurants throughout the area for the 4th Annual March “Month of Giving” fundraising campaign.
During the month of March, customers can make a donation to the charity at any area Jersey Mike’s restaurant.
The campaign will culminate in Jersey Mike’s “Day of Giving” on Wednesday, March 26, when 100 percent of the day’s sales at Jersey Mike’s locations nationwide will go to more than 100 different charities including hospitals, youth organizations, food banks and more.
On the March 26 Day of Giving, all Nashville and Clarksville area Jersey Mike’s restaurants will donate 100 percent of the day’s sales to Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.
“I am so grateful for the partnership with Jersey Mike’s Subs, which began in 2012,” said Karen Hunter-Lowery, CMN Director at the hospital. “They raised more than $100,000 in just 13 months! All of the money raised in middle Tennessee benefits Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. I encourage you to go to an area Jersey Mike’s during the month of March and support our cause.”
Last year’s Month of Giving campaign raised $1.7 million for 86 different charities nationwide. Since 2010, Jersey Mike’s locations throughout the country have raised nearly $7.5 million for worthy local causes and distributed more than 600,000 free sub sandwiches to help numerous causes.
