Update, 6:40 p.m.: Traffic through the area is back to normal.
Update, 6:05 p.m.: Three vehicles were involved, with a car sandwiched between another car and a pickup truck in the front.
There were no serious injuries.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A multi-vehicle car accident on Trenton Road north of the Needmore Road intersection has Trenton Road moving slowly both directions.
The wreck was just in front of the Silver Dollar Grocery.
Needmore Road was shut down.
Northbound traffic on Trenton Road appears to be backed up all the way to 101st Airborne Division Parkway, and southbound traffic appears to be at a standstill past Spring Creek Court.
No further details were immediately available, and drivers should seek an alternate route.
