TRAFFIC UPDATE: Roads back to normal after wrecks on I-24, Trenton and 101st

Update, 6:30 p.m.: All affected roads are back to normal traffic.

Update, 6 p.m.: Traffic on Interstate 24 is backed up 6 miles from the wreck, to about mile marker 23.

Traffic around the wreck at Trenton and 101st is clearing.

Update, 4:40 p.m.: Northbound traffic on Trenton is backed up to Fairview Lane.

Update, 4:15 p.m.: There’s been a head-on wreck at Trenton Road and 101st Airborne Division Parkway.

Westbound 101st traffic is backed up past Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. Eastbound traffic was backed up past Pea Ridge Road.

On I-24, traffic is moving through the wreck area but is going slow between Exits 24 and 19.

Update, 4 p.m.: Remnant traffic is backed up to Exit 24, but it appears to be clearing near both wreck sites.

Update, 3:50 p.m.: Traffic is backed up to about mile marker 22.

Previously:

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A pair of wrecks have Interstate 24 traffic tied up near Exit 19.

At 3:40 p.m., there appeared to be two wrecks in the westbound lanes, one at about mile marker 17 and another at mile marker 19, with traffic backed up past the exit.
