Ollie Beatrice Jones Martin age 74 died Monday, June 24, 2013 CMC-University Hospital in Charlotte,NC. The funeral service will be at 12:00 noon Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church. The burial will be at Evergreen Cemetry.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 2, 2013 12:00 noon-8:00 p.m., with the family present from 6p.m.-8p.m. at Foston Funeral Home.
She was born February 26, 1939 in Montgomery County, TN to the late John Roller and Alma Lee Jones. She was a graduate of the Historical Burt High School class of 1958. She was a member of Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church where she sang in the Sanctuary and Combined Choirs, and was a member of Lottie Smith Missionary Society, and a former member of the Willing Workers Society. She served as a Foster Grandparent for Clarksville Montgomery County Community Action Agency.
She leaves her loving memory to children Janice E. Martin, Efrem L. Martin, Zina B. Martin and Alfreda A. (Terry) Reynolds; brothers Evernard Jones, Freddie Jones and Kenneth Jones; grandchildren James M. Martin, Justin M. Martin, John R. Martin, Sabrina D. Martin, Beatrice E. Reynolds, Teri L. Reynolds, Tori A. Reynolds and Jason Martin;cousins Barbara Carter and John Hackney and a host of neices and nephews and other family and friends.
