Drivers reminded Clarksville school zones are still in effect

Clarksville Police want everyone to know that while CMCSS schools are learning virtually until Jan. 25, there are still schools conducting in-person learning.

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville Police want everyone to know that while Clarksville-Montgomery County Schools are learning virtually until Jan. 25, there are still schools conducting in-person learning, particularly the private schools.

Clarksville Christian School, located on Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, is still conducting in-person learning, according to a news release from CPD, as are Immaculate Conception School at 1901 Madison St. and Clarksville Academy at 710 N. Second St.

Detective Michael Patterson urges everyone to “recognize their school zone lights and adhere to them.”
