CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Vanderbilt Health to offer a COVID-19 vaccine virtual town hall on Friday.
“COVID-19 Vaccination Safety & Efficacy Information for Employers,” designed to get your questions answered and provide needed resources, will be Friday, Dec. 18, at 12:30 p.m.
The town hall, specifically geared to employers and business leaders, is an opportunity to hear from a panel of VUMC coronavirus vaccine research experts, learn about the latest safety and efficacy data on the COVID-19 vaccines, and understand the connection between vaccination and the economy, according to an announcement.
“You’ll also hear details on how we’re handling the vaccination of our employee population, and there will be an opportunity for you to ask questions of the panelists,” the announcement said.
The panelists are:
- David Aronoff, MD, VUMC Addison B. Scoville Chair in Medicine and Director of the Division of Infectious Diseases
- Ana E. Nobis, MD, MPH, VUMC Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine, Occupational & Environmental Medicine, Vanderbilt Occupational Health Clinic
This learning opportunity is free and open to all employers.
