Bonnie was born November 30, 1948, to the late Marion A. Garner and Doris Laughter.
Interment will be Wednesday, August 19, 2020, at Chattanooga National Cemetery, 2 PM (EST)
Bonnie is survived by her sons, James Franks of Cullman, AL, and Ronald Joey Franks of Hermitage, TN; sister Barbara Baker, and granddaughter, Emily Franks.
