CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Participating local restaurants will donate a percentage of their dining sales to United Way of the Greater Clarksville Region Feb. 25.
Along with annual campaign funds, proceeds from the event will be distributed to United Way partner programs to assist those in need. Local eateries participating in United We Dine include: The Alley, Miss Lucille’s Café and Edward’s Steakhouse.
“United We Dine showcases our fantastic local fare while providing an enjoyable opportunity to give back to the community, both as a business and as a dining guest. We are excited about the success of this year’s event and hope it continues to grow as we work together meet the needs of our community. To each who participates, your support rewrites someone’s story with hope and change. We are most grateful for your help,” said Ginna Holleman, local CEO of United Way.
United Way of the Greater Clarksville Region mobilizes partners in Montgomery, Houston and Stewart Counties in a united effort to respond to community needs by focusing on health, education, and income initiatives.
The local non-profit is in the midst of its annual fundraising campaign.
