Update, 4:30 p.m.: The National Weather Service issued a second Significant Weather Advisory on Monday afternoon for western Montgomery County, Stewart and Houston counties, through 5 p.m.
At 4:24 p.m., Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Big Rock to 9 miles west of Tennessee Ridge. Movement was east at 20 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.
Locations impacted include Dover, Erin, Clarksville, Tennessee Ridge, Big Rock, Cumberland City, Houston County Airport, Indian Mound, Palmyra and Woodlawn.
Update, 3:45 p.m.: The first storm had passed as of 3:45 p.m.

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A strong thunderstorm was moving into Clarksville at about 3:15 p.m., and the National Weather Service issued a Significant Weather Advisory.
At 3:10 p.m., Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm just west of Clarksville, moving east at 20 mph, NWS reported.
“Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm,” the advisory said.
Locations impacted include Clarksville and Woodlawn, and Interstate 24 between mile markers 1 and 16.
