MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A man was in critical condition on Saturday after being shot in the Dotsonville area on Friday night.
Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were investigating the shooting, which happened at about 10:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of Gip Manning Road, southwest of Clarksville, according to MCSO spokeswoman Sandra Brandon.
One man, 22, was transported to the hospital with a single gunshot wound. He was in critical condition as of about 11 a.m. Saturday.
“This was an isolated incident and there is not a threat to the public,” Brandon said. “This is an active and ongoing investigation.”
