CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW)- Clarksville Police are asking for assistance in locating 21-year-old Steven Phelps.
He has several warrants on file, to include aggravated assault (on a police officer), domestic assault, and evading arrest, which stemmed from an incident that occurred on April 20 off of New South Drive.
He is believed to be staying in the Nashville area.
