CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW)- A 39-year-old woman died after being hit by a car on Fort Campbell Boulevard on Sunday, March 1.
At about 7:10 p.m., first responders were called to Fort Campbell Boulevard near Quin Lane, where they found Torrie Roach critically injured.
Roach, 39, was struck by a 2013 Jeep Cherokee driven by a 47-year-old man while crossing the road in the northbound lanes of Fort Campbell Boulevard.
The driver did not see Roach, who was wearing dark clothing in the dimly lit area.
She was pronounced deceased at Tennova Medical Center.
This is the 2nd pedestrian fatality for 2020.
No charges have been filed.
The crash is being worked by Investigators Canales and Harris.
