William Keesee, age 82 of Nashville, TN died Februrary 5, 2014 at Metro General Hospital.
A funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursaday February 13, 2014 at Martin Chapel A.M.E Church. Burial will be at Martin Chapel Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday February 12, 2014 at Foston Funeral Home with the family present from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., with the family present from noon until the time of service Thursday, February 13, 2014 at Martin Chapel.
He was born September 16, 1931 in Clarksville, TN to the late son of Ardis Keesee, Sr and Lillian Dowdy Keesee. He was a member of Martin Chapel A.M.E Church. He graduated from Burt High School in 1952 and served in the U.S. Army.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Litrechia Keesee- Jackson and Henry D. Keesee, both of Nashville, TN.,brother Ruben(Nadine) Keesee; sisters-in-law Dora E. Walker, Euna M. Thoronton,Shirley Keesee, Marion Keesee, Mattie P Spann and Elaine Peebles, brothers, Ruben Keesee, brother-in-law Lathen (Helen) Harris 12, grandchilden and 19 great grand children and a host of family and friends.
