CLARKSVILLE, Tenn (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Despite having to reschedule due to sever weather, Fright on Franklin drew hundreds of families to Downtown Clarksville for an afternoon of costumes, candy, games and activities.
Children competed in a costume contest with various age categories and trick or treated at booths manned by local groups and businesses. Hayrides took visitors around the Courthouse to enjoy the sights of Downtown Clarksville.
