Jeraldine “Jerry” Earhart, 88 of Thebes, IL passed away peacefully Monday, October 7, 2019, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born on September 28, 1931, in Collinsville, IL to James and Maude (Stafford) Hickman. She married William Earhart on October 2, 1953. He preceded her in death on February 21, 1995.
Jeraldine is survived by 2 daughters, Debra (Leslie) Curtis of Thebes and Jessica (Shaun) Death of Ft. Worth, TX; her grandchildren, Christopher, Rebecca, Zachary, Max, and Mila; 1 son-in-law, Gary Fererro of Omaha, NE; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 1 daughter, Emma Fererro and 2 brothers, John and James Hickman.
Graveside services for Jeraldine Earhart will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 12, 2019, at Hart Cemetery in Dover, TN.
