CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) Franklin St. in downtown Clarksville was filled with arts & crafts as well as a lot of people frolicking Saturday for the 14th Annual “Frolic on Franklin: A Celebration of the Arts.”
The event hosted by the Roxy Regional Theatre offered vendors the opportunity to showcase and sell their fines arts and hand-crafted items such as photography, paintings and drawings, pottery, jewelry. There was also musical entertainment and kid’s activities.
