CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Clarksville Young Professionals (CYP) will host their monthly meeting Wednesday, July 3. The noon meeting will include lunch and a discussion with Shonda Sammons with Advocate Builders. Meetings are held at the Chamber offices, 25 Jefferson Street, Lower Level.
Sammons brings over 30 years experience working with employers and employees. She provides coaching, guidance, and expertise to build brand advocates. Her presentation will cover communication within an organization titled “Dorothy Got Caught in a Tornado. Are you caught in communications chaos? Learn how to get back to Kansas.”
The group will go over the DISC Model and discuss how to use the tool to communicate.
Lunch will be provided by Jersey Mikes to CYP members. You do not need to be a member to attend the first meeting.
Clarksville Young Professional meetings happen the first Wednesday of each month. Members are invited to workshops, enrichment programs, and networking events. Learn more about membership.
