Lane Closure Scheduled for US 41 North of Hopkinsville

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Beginning Tuesday, June 25 expect traffic delays along a section of US 41 in northern Christian County.

Milling and asphalt paving along US 41 from mile point 15.19 to the Christian-Hopkins County Line at mile point 31.574. The road work will extend approximately 16 miles.

Motorists should be prepared to encounter one lane traffic with alternating flow controlled by flaggers during daylight hours.  Motorists should use appropriate caution where equipment, flaggers, and construction personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.

The contractor plans to work during daylight hours Monday through Saturday anytime weather allows.  However, the contractor will not be working on July 4.
