Janell G. Peek, age 47, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2019 in Clarksville, TN.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 from 4:00 until 7:00 pm at the Tourist Welcome Center: 201 East Main Street, Princeton, Ky, 42262.
She was born June 7, 1971 in Salem, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Ella Regina Peek and the late Oliver Wayne Peek. Janell was a 1989 graduate of Crittenden High School and was an employee for the Kentucky Department of Corrections for 11 years and was also an employee of Treehouse Foods for 5 years. Janell was a great mother, an example of life and a tireless warrior. Now that she is in a better place, we are left with her great love and her teaching of life. Her unforgettable, compassionate, and kind spirit will continue to shine light in all of us. Her contagious smile will continue to bring us hope and peace.
She is preceded in death by her father Oliver Wayne Peek, her sister: Shawna Peek, and her grandparents. Survivors are her daughters: Akeisha Peek, Laykin Peek, Asia Peek; siblings: Tonya Bailey, Terah Maxie, Kathy Coburn, Pam Arnold, Jill Van Winden, Tim Peek; brothers-in-law: Bill Bailey and Bendelle Maxie; grandchildren: Kaveyah White, Keyshawn White, King McGregor, Kaydin McClendon, Kendall McClendon, and Kennedy McClendon.
