CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Sango Veterinary Clinic will host a fundraiser Sunday, April 29 from 4-6 p.m. at 102 Country Lane to raise money for the Montgomery County Angel Fund.
The Angel Fund was started in 2017 to benefit sick and/or injured animals at Montgomery County Animal Care and Control (MCACC) in Clarksville.
This particular fundraiser was inspired by Franky, a dog who was recently the victim of dog fighting and abuse.
David Kaske, Director of MCACC, said a representative from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office will be on hand to talk about dog fighting before bringing out Franky to show the crowd his progress.
If you are interested in helping Franky or other pets that need serious vet care, please visit the Montgomery County Angel Fund page or theFacebook page.
