CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (ESPN CLARKSVILLE) – The Clarksville Men’s Adult Baseball League (MABL) will hold tryouts/registration for the 2019 season on March 3, 2019.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Kenwood High School baseball complex.
Tryouts will consist of batting, basic fielding, and timed run(s). Please wear appropriate workout attire and bring your own baseball glove. Personal bats (wood/wood composite) and helmets are permitted, but not required.
Organizers say you do not have to have experience playing organized baseball, and all skill levels are encouraged to join. Supportive roles will also need to be filled for those who physically cannot play but still enjoy the sport.
Everyone must register, however, only players will be required to tryout.
Players fees:
1st year – $300
2nd year – $250
3rd + years – $200
Fees for 1st year players are due no later than March 15, 2019 in order to be eligible for the draft on March 17, 2019.
