CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) The Villages at the River Club has cut a ribbon as a new member of the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce. Executive Director, Meagan Smith, said they offer unique luxury style retirement living.
“We offer one and two bedroom suites, we are right now basically the only independent living in Clarksville that offers all-inclusive resort style amenities. We include everything from all utilities to housekeeping bi-weekly, to chef prepared meals,” Smith said.
Smith said the property is located on a golf course with incredible views. All apartments come with a membership to the River Club Golf Course.
The Villages at the River Club can be found at 1176 Warfield Blvd. next door to the River Club Golf Course.
They are a 24-hour facility with leasing hours every day from 8:30 a.m.-5 pm.
