CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Clarksville Police Department recently welcomed Joshua Billotte as the newest officer to the ranks.
Officer Billotte comes to the department as a certified officer with four years of law enforcement experience from Metro Nashville Police Department.
Laurie Matta, Director of Finance for the city of Clarksville, administered the oath of office to Officer Billotte.
