CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (ESPN CLARKSVILLE) – Following the resignation of Austin Peay State University’s (APSU) head football coach Will Healy, sources say Mississippi State’s Mark Hudspeth will take the helm as the new head football coach.

ESPN Clarksville reached out to the APSU Athletics department, which could not confirm the information at this time.
Hudspeth served as the tight ends coach and assistant head coach at Mississippi State University during the 2018 season. Healy’s replacement will be APSU’s 20th head football coach.
