CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (ESPN CLARKSVILLE) – Reports on Twitter say Austin Peay State University’s (APSU) head football coach Will Healy is leaving the university for a job at Charlotte.

A source for the Governor’s Sports Network has confirmed that Healy visited Charlotte just after the Thanksgiving holiday.
ClarksvilleNow.com/ESPN Clarksville reached out to APSU, but they decided not to comment on Coach Healy’s status at this time.
Healy, who was hired in 2015, signed a four-year contract in December 2017 and is credited with turning the Gov’s program around after a 29-game losing streak.
