CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) There is a chance of rain and snow in Clarksville through early Thursday afternoon.

There were flurries overnight in Clarksville with no accumulation. Areas of Dover and Paris received 1.5” of snow.

Schools were closed in Humphries, Stewart, Cheatham, Todd and Trigg counties. Montgomery and Cheatham schools were on a delayed scheduled.

The National Weather Service is forecasting there may be some light wintry precipitation lasting into the afternoon.

Sunshine returns Friday and Saturday with temperatures rising into the 50s.
