CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) Over 200 people were in attendance at the 26th Annual Veterans Day Breakfast at the Austin Peay State University Morgan University Center Saturday. The keynote speaker was retired Lt, General Ronald Bailey of the United States Marine Corp. Bailey currently serves as Vice President for External Affairs at Austin Peay.
Ron Smithfield with the Kiwanis Club of Clarksville announced the two Grand Winners of the 2018 Kiwanis Club “Interview a Veteran” Essay Contest. The high school winner was Regan Oakley from Fort Campbell High School and the middle school winner was Nolan Woollen from Richview Middle School.
