CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Five Hopkinsville residents have been charged in conjunction with felony shoplifting in Clarksville.

Police were called to a business in the 2800 block of Wilma Rudolph Blvd. around 9 p.m. Oct 20. The caller said four women tried to leave the store with over $1,000 in merchandise.

Officers arrived on scene and stopped a man driving a Silver Ford Fusion who had arrived to pick up the shoplifters. All five were charged in conjunction with the shoplifting.

Tashyra Harris, 23, Ermeka Acree, 19, and Corleyshia Trice, 18, were charged with Theft of Property: Bond: $5,000. Vivica Gee, 21, was charged with Theft of Property and Evading Arrest; Bond: $7500 and Devontae Greenwade, 20, was charged with Accessory After the Fact; Bond: $5,000. All were booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
