John passed away on Friday, September 28, 2018 at his residence after his battle with a rare blood cancer.
A graveside service for John Francis Jacques III, age 54 of Clarksville, will be Friday, October 5, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Nashville National Cemetery with Military Honors.
He was born on October 4, 1963 in San Diego, CA
He is preceded in death by his father John Jacques Jr., and survived by his mother Lillian May Jacques, his loving wife of almost 30 years, Becky Jacques of Clarksville, brothers Jack and Buster, sisters; Peggy, Theresa, and Lisa.
John was in the United States Army for 14 years where he served in the Gulf War. After his honorable discharge he began a career with Security, Seed, and Chemical where he worked for over 20 years.
John enjoyed fishing and camping. He loved the outdoors and was an excellent cook. He was a good listener, a selfless man who always gave to others.
God, Country, and Family was John’s mantra, and he succeeded in honoring them all.
